Amenity Rules & Regulations

One key will be provided to each unit to access Clubhouse and Pools.  The use of the clubhouse is a privilege that may be revoked at any time if the clubhouse rules are violated.  If your key does not work, please contact the CCPM office.  If the key is lost or stolen, there will be a $50.00 replacement fee.

CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT OWNER OR RESIDENT OF ITALIAN VILLAGES.

• Owners/Residents must accompany their guests. The property management group reserves the right to exclude any person who violates or infringes upon others’ use and enjoyment of the facility. 
• No tobacco or alcohol are allowed on this premises. 
• Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times in the clubhouse areas. 
• Service and emotional support animals must be leashed, accompanied by the disabled tenant, and under their direct control. They may not be in the pools or in areas where food is being prepared. 
• The Gathering Room and Theater may be reserved for private use. The remote control and Theater key must be checked out from the CCPM office. For additional information on reservations, please ask office staff or see a reservation form. 
• A barbecue is located outside by the pool for tenant use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. 

• Pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day  each year. Hot tub is open year-round. 
• All owners, residents, and their guests use the pools at their own risk.
• NO lifeguard is on duty. Do not play with pool equipment or life preservers. 
• Diving is not permitted.
• Food must be in plastic or aluminum containers (no glass containers). Help us to keep our pool a clean and safe area by cleaning up after yourselves. 
• Children in diapers must wear “Little Swimmers” swimwear in all of the pools. 
• No roughhousing or loud and boisterous play in and around the pools. 
• All persons must shower before entering the pools. 
• Any person having an infectious disease, diarrhea, open cut, or blister is prohibited from using the pools.
